How do I pay?
Once your initial inquiry is received, we will send you an electronic invoice to pay and potential start date. Payment is due upfront for packages under $700. If there is a waiting list, 50% payment is due to hold your spot on the list and the remaining balance is due before starting the project. For projects $700 and over, there is a non-refundable 50% deposit and the final 50% is due before files and websites are fully transferred over to you.
How long does the process take?
Once we start, generally the process takes 1-3 weeks depending on your package, the response time of the client and how prepared any content is that we may need from you to complete the project. We will communicate with you throughout the process to make sure we are all on the same page.
How do we communicate during the process?
This depends on your package. For larger projects such as websites, we usually start with a preliminary phone call to go over your vision. You will then be given access to our client portal where you can see up-to-date information on timelines, everything that needs to be done, what has been accomplished & what we still may need from you. We will also keep you informed with large milestones & updates via email.
For smaller projects that don’t require as much communication, we will communicate via email unless we feel a conversation would be beneficial via phone or video.
For coaching or training, you will receive a link to video chat with us that can include screen sharing which is important especially for tutorials.
Are there any additional costs?
If we are creating a website you will need to purchase hosting & a domain name. Additional costs may come up such as templates or plugins based on any special functionality you may need that will be discussed before implementing them. For stores, cost can also increase based on the number of products you have added and if you need us to create content for you such as banners, product descriptions & text.
All add ons will be discussed with you before they are done to ensure you have no surprises. If there are add ons after an initial invoice has been paid, you will be invoiced at the end of the project if the add ons are under $100. If they are over $100, you will be invoiced right away and payment will need to be made before we can move forward.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds on completed projects or projects that are over 80% complete to protect our time and efforts that have gone into a project. If the client chooses to go a different direction and the project is 50-80% complete you will receive a 25% refund. For projects less than 50% complete, you will receive a 50% refund.
I want to move forward with a package, now what?
Once you have chosen the package you are interested in purchasing, you will click the button below it to start. This button will direct you to a form to fill out. This is important because it will give us a majority of the information we need to complete your project (so you aren’t bombarded down the road) and it allows us to follow up and move forward!
What if the packages are not applicable to me?
We do offer a custom quote form that you can fill out which gives us just about everything we need to give you a quote based on your individual needs. You can find the form to fill out here.
what if i want to take something out or add something in with a package?
Add ons are available to packages. Try to let us know when you fill out your form and we will add them on to your invoice. If there is something specific you do not need in a package, make sure to mention it on your form prior to your invoice and we can give you an updated quote.
